He and his team members provide personalized service, training, and regional guidance on Rotary’s Resources and Services, Club Operations, Board Policy and Rotary Constitutional Documents, and Navigating www.MyRotary.org and Conducting Business Online.
John graduated from Dominican University (River Forest, IL) with a BA in Theatre Arts and lives in Evanston, IL. He has been on staff with Rotary since November 2010, is a Paul Harris Fellow +4, and a member of the Rotary Club of Chicago Lakeview, Illinois, USA where has held a variety of positions including Club President (2013-14). Walking the Appalachian Trail, fundraising for Polio
![]() Rotarian, Owen P. Standley, of the Rotary Club of Johnstown-Sunset of D7305 (Pittsburgh) is preparing for the Polio Project of a lifetime. Owen's Odyssey will be a 100 day attempt to thru-hike the entire 2,200 mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine to raise $100,000 CASH for PolioPlus. Along the way, he will be documenting with photos and video to share on social media for others to follow the journey. Equipped with all of his camping gear and faithful ukulele, Miss ElainE.Uss, Owen is prepared to hike 25 miles every day to reach Mount Katahdin, Maine to help bring us all closer to our goal of a polio free world. |
