"Disease results in misery, pain, and poverty for millions of people worldwide. That’s why treating and preventing disease is so important to us. We lead efforts both large and small. We set up temporary clinics, blood donation centers, and training facilities in underserved communities struggling with outbreaks and health care access. We design and build infrastructure that allows doctors, patients, and governments to work together." ~ Rotary International

Stroudsburgs Rotary Foundation
Thank you TJ Price for recognizing the importance of our Foundation and donating $100 on your birthday towards Stroudsburgs Rotary Foundation. We appreciate all Rotarians that have donated but have not been acknowledged in the MonRotary. This is something new we'd like to do to show our appreciation.
District Governor Tim Genetti attended and shared some concerns at our lunch meeting. Rotary International wants to merge District 7410 into larger District. A letter was sent disputing this. The only possibility for success is that our District 7410 needs to maintain 1100 active members. All clubs are doing their part to bring in new members who will be engaged in joining our Rotary family. DG Tim Genetti's goal challenge for Stroudsburgs Rotary is to net 6 new members. Let's aim for 10 before March 31. We have two new applicants, let's keep them coming. If any Honorary Rotarians are able to become active again that would be very helpful.
