Program: The history and benefits of Message Therapy. Thank you Rotarian, Dale Fuller for teaching us about the history of massage therapy and the many benefits. Massage has been used for thousands of years however is only in the infancy stage in the West. Some benefits include reducing muscle spasms and stiffness, boosting the immune system and relieving discomfort of arthritis and fibromyalgia.
