Program
Rotarian Holley Kearns with Damsel in Defense gave us pointers on ways to defend ourselves if we should encouter a situation.
1-Be prepared.  Have awareness of your surroundings.  Carry a hand alarm that alerts everyone in the area that something is wrong.
2-Carry a cubaton.  It is used to hit people, mostly pressure points, eyes, ribs and joints.
3-Carry pepper spray.  Yell out that "I am armed"  When you spray the assailant, everything burns.  That is your chance to RUN!!
4-Stun Gun-Wrap arm and hit in the back.

Practice with all tools, be prepared and awareness is most important!
